NPORS | Prestige SafetyThe acronym NPORS meaning – 'National Plant Operators Registration Scheme' NPORS is one of the UK’s leading accreditation and registration bodies, working across the construction, industrial, utilities, warehousing and distribution, agricultural, ports and marine sectors. As one of the leading operator card schemes NPORS is recognised as a mark of excellence in accreditation for plant operators across a wide variety of industries.

Here at XRE Construction Training Limited we are a NPORS Accredited Training Provider (ATP) and we offer professional training and testing conducted by qualified, friendly and experienced instructors who between them have over 60 years of experience. The training we offer can be undertaken at our training facility here at Doncaster or we can deliver training and/or testing to you and your employees at your workplace if the necessary machinery is available.

New Entrant - CSCS Route

Once successfully tested operators who do not hold the requisite (S)NVQ with the units applicable to the category of plant achieved will be issued with a Trained Operator card valid for 2 years from the date they were tested. During the two year period they will be required to register for and achieve the requisite (S)NVQ with the unit credits applicable to the category(s) of plant held on their Trained Operator card. On successful completion of this process a Competent Operator card will be issued valid for 5 years from the date of application. A CPD record / operator logbook will also be issued.
